What I can say? Reality Pools' work is outstanding. You can see pictures for the upgrade job they did in 2015 for the 2004 pool that they ALSO did. Scope included not only the pool and jacuzzi, but also the closed barbecue house where we have our parties and gatherings with our friends!!! When I looked from proposals, RP was the ONLY ONE who provided the detailed breakdown I requested, so I was able to check the quality of the equipment and materials they used. In addition, Reality Pools have done pool maintenance since 2004!!!!
Highly recommend working with Paula and Carlos! Paula is very personable and helped us design our dream pool that compliments our home and backyard at a good price. The pool installation included replacing landscaping and irrigation. She guided us through the project from start to finish with timely communication and updates. The Reality Pool Team and subcontractors were very professional and performed good quality work. Carlos visited the project often to ensure timely phases were completed. The project was completed within two months. At the end, Paula and Carlos trained us thoroughly on our pool equipment and ongoing maintenance. We will be repeat customers!

We added a spa to our existing pool and redid the patio surface surrounding the pool. Reality pools did an awesome job. Looks like the spa was there all along. Since we had to replaster and add new tile we went with a warm blue. Love my pool and Realty Pools. They kept the the time frame an addressed all of our concerns.
